She has certifications in Personal Branding, Social Media Branding, 360 Reach, Gallup Accelerated Coaching and Resume writing, and she is in the process of receiving her ICF certification for Executive and Leadership Coaching. In other words, she is a coach who meets every candidate where he/she is, follows through on all coaching commitments, and brings the most updated and cutting-edge information to the job finding process. Dr. Ty Richardson

Dr. Ty Richardson is a Trinidadian-American who founded YoProTT as part of a global mission to provide tools and resources to youth and young professionals in the emerging markets. Ty has a Bachelors in Advertising, a Masters in International Commerce and Public Policy and a Doctorate in Organization and Management. Having had a successful corporate career with a large multinational corporation, Ty first launched YoPro as a social network in Silicon Valley, before pivoting and creating a social enterprise around the mission of serving emerging markets like Trinidad and Tobago. Today, under Ty’s steward, YoPro and its predecessor have worked with over 100 volunteers to produce over 150 events in five countries and impacted the lives of over 17,000 youth and young professionals. In addition to leading YoPro Global, Ty also heads One Global Index Consulting, and launched One Global Business Financing later this year. Ty also published his second book this year available on Amazon: The Journey to Becoming a Young Professional: One Story, Five Guides.

Maria Daniel is a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young Caribbean. She has led several high-profile engagements and specializes in business valuations, investigative and financial due diligences, receiverships, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and strategic advisory services. Maria leads the Strategic Growth Segment for EY Caribbean and works closely with family businesses and Entrepreneurs. Maria is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charter holder, holds an FCCA designation and a BSc. in Economics and Management (Upper Second Class Honors) from the University of the West Indies. Maria also holds a Trustee License under The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act of Trinidad and Tobago.
Maria works with young entrepreneurs and youths in achieving their business and career goals. She works with Planting Seeds Production and conducts workshops on Entrepreneurship.

A veritable household name in the region’s fashion and modeling industries Christopher Nathan is the founder and Chief Executive of Coco Velvet International Fashion and Model Management. Since its 1997 launch Coco Velvet has launched the international careers of ten T&T models including Wendy Fitzwilliam, Naomi Chin Wing, Crystal Noreiga, Soowan Bramble, Michelene Auguste, Paul Pryce and Dominique Armorer. Nathan initiated the Caribbean Academy of Fashion & Design CAFD at the University of Trinidad & Tobago in 2006; under his direction Coco Velvet launched the Fashion Association of Trinidad & Tobago (FATT) in 2007 and the Fashion Association of St Vincent & the Grenadines in 2010.
Through Coco Velvet and FATT’s advocacy campaigns at various government ministries Cabinet identified the fashion industry as the 8th non-energy economic sector for national development in December 2011. This led to the establishment of the Fashion Industry Development Committee (FIDC) at the Ministry of Trade, Industry & Investment and a national fashion company tasked with the commercialization of the sector was formed under Creative TT; Nathan served on the board of the Fashion Industry Development Committee from 2012 to 2014 and Creative TT from 2016 to 2017.
